Pronaos · OneVault

API Platform

Bring trusted records into the service flow.

What it is

OneVault’s programmatic interface for configured record, request, presentation and lifecycle operations.

How it works

Define the operation

Use a supported interface with explicit record and participant context.

Apply access

Evaluate the authorized scope before performing the record operation.

Return the state

Provide the result and relevant identifiers for the calling workflow to handle.

How it connects

DropAPI
Connects institutional workflows to supported OneVault operations.
OnePass
Establishes the caller and its delegated scope.
TAG
Applies configured runtime governance to connected actions.

Why it matters

A service can request and use a trusted record inside its workflow instead of relying on detached email attachments.

A workflow can request, present or use a protected record inside the operation, with the calling service’s authority and the record’s permissions still attached.

Illustrative application

An enrollment workflow needs a document.

The workflow requests an authorized presentation and follows the response before continuing to the next step.

This is a OneVault module. Its operations remain subject to the record’s authority, current permissions and configured service capabilities.
